• Coordinate admissions, complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care teams.
• Mentor and develop staff to promote high-quality clinical practice.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication management and clinical monitoring.
• Support infection prevention and control practices and ensure compliance with standards.
