Job summary

Respect is seeking a General Manager for Riverside Gardens in Nambucca Heads, NSW. You will lead daily operations to deliver safe, person-centred care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance across clinical governance, workforce, and finances.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing (desirable).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain).
• Experience leading residential aged care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and person-centred care.
• Drive a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and positive resident outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, audits, incident reporting, and documentation practices.
• Manage occupancy, budgets, financial performance, workforce planning, rostering, and capability development.
