BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead the clinical cares at the Niola Centre in Parkes. You will oversee a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care daily.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 3–5 years’ experience in aged care or complex clinical environments.
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance.
• Infection prevention and control qualification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care operations at the Niola Centre in Parkes.
• Mentor and develop nursing and care staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
