Lumia Care Pty in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead care teams across Northern Beaches and North Shore facilities. This casual role offers immediate start for successful candidates and opportunities to work with a supportive team devoted to high-quality aged care.

You will mentor Personal Carers, collaborate with the Clinical Manager and visiting specialists, ensure safe medication administration and wound care, and uphold the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA Registration
• COVID-19 vaccination with booster
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Flu vaccination compliance
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Flexibility to cover various shifts
• Minimum 3 days availability
• Reliable with good communication
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Personal Carers delivering high-quality care
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager, Doctors and Allied Health to assess and meet resident care needs
• Maintain accurate records of care delivery and ensure safe medication administration
• Provide best practice wound care and clinical support
• Work within Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
• Promote a safe, harmonious environment for residents and staff
