Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Personal Carers to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Liaise with Clinical Manager, Doctors, Allied Health and visiting Specialists to implement and evaluate care needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivery and ensure safe medication administration and best practice wound care.
• Work within Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Contribute to a safe and harmonious environment for residents and staff.
