Job summary

Riverton Hospital within SA Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) on a permanent part‑time basis (0.4 FTE). The role combines leadership of infection prevention initiatives with delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients and carers in a supportive team.

You will hold current RN registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrate experience in nursing leadership, infection prevention and control, with postgraduate study in infection control

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and a practising certificate.
• Experience in nursing leadership and infection prevention and control.
• Postgraduate qualifications in infection control, or willingness to undertake further study.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention initiatives to support safe patient care.
• Support clinical leadership and ensure delivery of high‑quality nursing care.
• Mentor staff and coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the unit.

• Salary RN/M2A - $107,487 to $114,917 p.a. (pro rata) + 12% super + salary sacrifice
