Job summary

The University of Wollongong invites applications for a Risk Systems and Controls Analyst to join the Risk, Compliance and Assurance Unit within the Integrity, Legal and Governance Division. You will contribute to the Protecht GRC upgrade and oversee controls information, testing and stakeholder engagement to strengthen governance and assurance across the University.

Working at the Wollongong Campus on a fixed-term 15-month appointment, you will develop guidance, contribute to data migration,

Qualifications

• A degree in business, information systems, risk management, compliance, governance or equivalent.
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems, Protecht or similar.
• Experience in testing, documentation, data migration and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, controls management, assurance or internal audit practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Protecht Controls Register implementation and migration.
• Facilitate control review, validation and mapping across faculties.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and continuous improvement of risk processes.
• Develop user guidance and training resources for system adoption.
