Job summary

selectability is seeking a proactive Risk & Resilience Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and organisational resilience initiatives. You will be part of the Governance and Assurance team, strengthening risk capability and promoting a positive risk culture across the workforce.

Key responsibilities include monitoring risks, supporting resilience planning, and reporting risk to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated risk management experience in a governance context.
• Experience with enterprise risk management systems.
• Knowledge of quality standards in aged care, child safety and/or NDIS (desirable).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including presenting reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and practice guides.
• Monitor strategy, regulatory developments and emerging risks; identify trends.
• Oversee risk registers, KRIs and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct second-line assurance reviews.
• Coordinate risk workshops and resilience planning.
