Rabobank Australia is seeking a Risk Resilience Manager to join our Sydney team on a hybrid basis. You will serve as a Line 1 resilience risk specialist, advising across IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and related processes to strengthen operational resilience.

You will analyse dependencies, drive uplift initiatives, engage stakeholders, and contribute to governance and regulatory compliance within a dynamic COO domain.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in Technology Risk, IT Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity Management.
• Knowledge of CPS 230 regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to present clear insights.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Risk Resilience Manager to join our highly engaged Sydney-based team within the Security & Control function of the COO Domain.Reporting to the Senior Manager, COO Risk & Control, you will be a trusted Line 1 technical resilience risk specialist, providing practical advice to help strengthen & evolve the COO Domain's operational resilience capability. This is a unique opportunity to shape how IT resilience risk is understood & managed across business operations, technology services, & third-party providers.
