AGL is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer based at Bayswater Power Station to support governance, compliance and risk management frameworks that help operations run safely and in line with regulatory obligations.

Working closely with the Compliance, Assurance & Risk team and operational stakeholders, you'll drive a strong risk culture while supporting audits and regulatory programs across AGL Macquarie.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, compliance, governance, assurance or audit.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a complex operational environment is highly regarded.
• Qualifications in risk, compliance, business, auditing or a related discipline will be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support risk, compliance, audit and assurance programs.
• Maintain risk and compliance registers and track actions through to completion.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage emerging risks.

About the role

At AGL, we're transforming the way Australians generate, store and use energy. As a Risk & Compliance Officer based at Bayswater Power Station, you'll play a key role in supporting the governance, compliance and risk management frameworks that help our operations run safely, effectively and in line with regulatory obligations.

Working closely with the Compliance, Assurance & Risk team and operational stakeholders, you'll help drive a strong risk and compliance culture while supporting critical assurance, audit and regulatory programs across AGL Macquarie.
