Job summary

NGS Super Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking a Risk Enablement Manager to strengthen risk capability and foster a proactive risk culture within the Line 2 Risk team. You will partner with stakeholders across the Fund to embed risk management, oversee internal audit activities, maintain risk policies and support regulatory change initiatives to enable confident decision-making.

The role suits an experienced risk professional with knowledge of financial services regulation and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within financial services and exposure to governance, compliance, business continuity or risk culture initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, policy management and regulatory change implementation.
• Experience delivering risk training and capability uplift.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing enhancement of the Fund's risk management frameworks and practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed a strong and proactive risk culture across the organisation.
• Lead and coordinate internal audit activities, including the management of audit findings and actions.
• Maintain and review risk policies to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and business needs.
• Oversee conduct risk initiatives to promote ethical behaviours and sound decision-making.
• Drive improvements to governance, risk and compliance (GRC) systems and processes.
• Support the implementation of new and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, testing and incident response activities to strengthen organisational resilience.
• Design and deliver risk training, capability-building and risk maturity initiatives across the business.
• Support the Line 2 Risk team in other risk and compliance initiatives.
