Job summary

CBUS Super invites applications for a Manager, Risk Data & Analytics in Melbourne. You will support the Senior Manager in Archer SaaS governance, strategy and service delivery, overlaying risk and regulatory needs with platform requirements.

Your work spans cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Data, Security and external providers to deliver prioritized changes and stable performance. The role emphasises business-led governance, continuous improvement, and clear ownership of risk

Qualifications

Experience managing or supporting a GRC platform such as Archer, with knowledge of risk management and the Australian financial services environment, preferably superannuation.
Proven product, platform or service-management experience including roadmaps, backlogs, release governance, vendor management and resilience.
Strong understanding of business ownership, delegated decision rights, access & data governance, translating risk needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as 2IC to the Senior Manager, Archer platform strategy, governance and service delivery.
Manage the Archer product roadmap, backlog and release schedule with stakeholders.
Translate risk and business needs into clear requirements and practical Archer designs.
Lead change, release and access governance with proper approvals and testing.
Oversee platform health, data quality and vendor performance, with governance reporting.
Maintain boundaries between BAU governance and project delivery, enabling smooth transitions.
