Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Manager in the Risk Culture team to apply behavioural insights to assess and strengthen risk management across the organisation. You will contribute to framework design, monitor culture metrics, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership and Boards to support informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in human behaviour, strong communication, and stakeholder management, with hybrid and flexible working

Qualifications

  • Experience or academic background in human behaviour, such as psychology or behavioural science, with knowledge of financial services or regulation considered advantageous
  • Experience conducting behavioural or cultural assessments, including interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences
  • High attention to detail, with experience working with both qualitative and quantitative indicators to monitor and report on culture
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, build effective relationships, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment

What role will you play?
