Job summary

REA Group seeks a Risk & Assurance Advisor to strengthen risk culture within a fast-moving digital business on a 12-month contract based in Richmond, Melbourne. You will partner with the Head of Risk and leaders to implement the Risk Management Framework and provide practical risk and compliance advice across portfolios.

With at least 2 years in Operational Risk, Compliance or Audit, you will conduct change-risk assessments, support risk workshops and help maintain the Business Unit Risk Profile

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit or Assurance.
Experience in technology risk management, audits or risk-based reviews is desirable.
Strong business and report writing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Risk to implement the Risk Management Framework across portfolios.
Provide practical risk and compliance advice to the business and facilitate risk workshops.
Support risk assessments for initiatives, projects, products, suppliers and changes in operations (including tech, data and AI).
Maintain the Business Unit Risk Profile, including KRIs and treatment plans, and report risks and incidents to leadership.
