Job summary

REA Group is seeking an experienced Risk & Assurance Advisor to support the Risk Management Framework across portfolios. You will provide practical risk and compliance guidance, facilitate risk workshops, and assist in risk assessments of strategic initiatives, products and changes.

You will work with Legal, Privacy, Security and Internal Audit to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure timely escalation of issues. This is a 12-month contract based in Richmond with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operational risk, compliance, audit or related role.
• Experience in technology risk management and controls testing is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Risk to implement the REA Risk Management Framework across portfolios.
• Provide practical risk and compliance guidance to the business and run risk workshops.
• Support risk assessments for initiatives, products, suppliers and changes.
• Help develop controls and treatment plans; maintain risk profiles and KRIs.
• Escalate issues, prepare updates for leadership and risk forums.
