About the Role

We’re looking for a Risk Advisor to join our Risk & Compliance team and support our business units to understand and manage their risks and obligations, while contributing to a strong and maturing risk culture.

Reporting to a Risk Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the identification of risk across business units
• Assisting with the development and documentation of controls
• Analysing incidents and breaches to identify root causes and process gaps
• Supporting business units to understand their key compliance obligations
• Preparation of reporting for risk governance forums
• Providing risk advice on business projects and initiatives

About You

You’re a curious and detail-oriented risk professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring a proactive and commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to everything you do. You’ll also bring:

• Experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A practical understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial, risk, or business-related field
