Job summary

Tyre Doctor is seeking a Rim Facility Trade Assistant to support day-to-day operations at the Mackay Rim Facility, assisting with rim inspection, preparation and repair tasks. The role involves hands-on workshop and warehouse work, loading/unloading, packing orders and stock management.

• Blasting and preparing rims for inspection and repair.
• Painting completed rims.

• Moving and organising stock and materials.
• Keeping the workshop and warehouse clean, safe and organised.

Main Duties

The Rim Facility Trade Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Mackay Rim Facility, assisting with rim inspection, preparation and repair activities.

No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be involved in:

• Blasting and preparing rims for inspection and repair
• Painting completed rims
• Assisting tradespeople with workshop and rim repair activities
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving and organising stock and materials
• Keeping the workshop and warehouse clean, safe and organised

Qualifications
