Job summary

Monadelphous Group seeks Rigging Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working on Engineering and Construction Projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

This role offers the potential for nightshift work with a generous salary package and nightshift allowances. We welcome candidates from across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from major capital cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Rigging Supervisory experience in engineering and construction.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor trades and contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the trades teams.
• Supervise and coordinate Rigging works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide technical direction to the trades teams
• Supervise and coordinate Rigging works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Engineering and Construction industry in Rigging Supervisory role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work.
• Construction project experience in Australia, managing Rigging scope.
• Proof of right to work in Australia. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
