Monadelphous Group offers an 18-month Rigging Traineeship within the Heavy Lift team, with FIFO across Australia and structured training at the EDC in Bibra Lake. The program aims to achieve a Certificate III in Rigging and develop a qualified Intermediate Rigger.

As a full-time Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience on major projects, supported by mentors and technical specialists, with opportunities to earn while you learn and advance your career within Monadelphous.

Our Rigging Traineeship Program is an exciting 18-month development pathway designed to help you build a rewarding career in the construction and resources industry. Through a combination of hands‑on experience and formal training, you will work towards achieving a Certificate III in Rigging and becoming a qualified Intermediate Rigger.

As a full‑time Trainee, you will join our Heavy Lift team, working on a FIFO roster across a variety of projects throughout Australia. You will also attend structured training at our Employee Development Centre (EDC) in Bibra Lake, gaining the practical skills, technical knowledge and industry experience needed to succeed.
