Aussie World is looking for an Assistant Ride Operations Manager to help lead our frontline team and deliver outstanding guest experiences — full-time, permanent. Reporting to the Ride Operations Manager, the Assistant Ride Operations Manager is second-in-charge of a large frontline team across the park.

You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who steps up as the senior manager on site during allocated shifts, supports the Ride Operations Manager in day-to-day operations, and helps deliver safe,

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to lead large frontline teams in a high-volume leisure or hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on safety, guest experience and operational standards.
• Experience coordinating rostering, recruitment, training and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and support a large frontline team across the park.
• Oversee rostering, deployment and break coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of staff.
• Assist with opening, closing and daily briefs to ensure consistency of guest experiences.
• Collaborate with safety, operations and guest services teams to maintain standards.
