Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in Richmond, NSW, is seeking experienced Diploma Early Childhood Educators to join our established team. You will facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group, support a collaborative teaching environment, and maintain strong communication with families.

We value safety and quality, require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACEQA approved or working towards), current WWCC, and knowledge of NQF/EYLF. First aid is required or willing to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved or working towards).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Working knowledge of National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

About the role

Please note: Candidates with a Graduate Diploma Qualification only do not qualify for this role.
