Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in Sydney is seeking an experienced Diploma Educator to join our child-centred service. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences for a group of children and work within a collaborative teaching environment.

You will maintain open communication with families, monitor program effectiveness, and uphold high health and safety standards while benefiting from rotating rosters, generous childcare discounts, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA approved or working towards.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework including NQS and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Be part of a collaborative teaching environment.
• Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
