Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Sydney NSW is seeking experienced Pick/Packer for a long-term, on-site role in Leppington, NSW. The positions start as temporary with a pathway to permanent roles after 3 months in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment.

Shifts include AM 6:00am-2:00pm and PM 2:30pm-10:30pm, with onsite parking available. You must have at least 1 year continuous experience with the same employer and be proficient with an RF Scanner to meet high daily KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with the same employer.
• Experience using an RF Scanner is essential.
• Strong understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Ability to meet high KPIs and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing retail products in a fast-paced, automated warehouse.
• Using an RF Scanner to accurately pick and process orders.
• Meet high daily KPIs and productivity targets.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
• Work as part of a positive, energetic warehouse team.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organised and safe.
