AM & PM PICK/PACKERS WANTED - TEMP TO PERM

Location: Leppington, NSW| On-site parking available

AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm | PM Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Long-term opportunity | Temp to Perm after 3 months

Pay Rates: $34.65 - $38.81 per hour

This is not just another short-term warehouse job. These positions are designed to transition into permanent roles after 3 months for the right people, with genuine opportunities to grow and progress within the large retail business.

• Picking and packing retail products in a fast-paced, automated warehouse
• Using an RF Scanner to accurately pick and process orders

What we're looking for:

To be successful, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1 year of continuous Pick/Packing experience with the same employer - MUST
• Previous experience using an RF Scanner is essential
• A strong understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes
• A LOT of walking
• Proven ability to consistently meet high KPIs
• Excellent reliability and attendanceA strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional references will be checked
