Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or RF Engineering.
• Experience in Field Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Support or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• Knowledge of RF, fibre optic, connectivity, industrial networking or related technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• A willingness to travel to support customers and business activities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and application support across our connectivity solutions portfolio
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Support business development activities by identifying and progressing new opportunities
• Manage technical enquiries, product selection and solution design activities
• Contribute to quotations, tenders, proposals and project execution
• Liaise with global product management, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Deliver product training, presentations and technical demonstrations
• Maintain accurate customer and project information within CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, applications and customer requirements to support future growth
