Our Global Reward Advisory team partners with businesses across Macquarie to shape reward outcomes, deliver data-driven insights and support the people decisions that enable our businesses to grow.

What role will you play?

As part of our Global Reward Advisory team, you'll partner with businesses across Macquarie to shape reward outcomes, deliver data-driven insights and support the people decisions that enable our businesses to grow.

Working closely with Reward Advisory Leads and stakeholders across People & Culture and the business, you will help shape reward outcomes that influence how we attract, retain and reward talent across Macquarie. You'll partner on complex business challenges, provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our reward frameworks and support business growth.

Leveraging remuneration data, market intelligence and commercial judgement, you'll identify trends, develop actionable insights and help inform decisions that impact employees across our global organisation. You'll contribute to the evolution of our reward frameworks, drive continuous improvement and participate in initiatives that support business growth, organisational change and the evolving needs of our workforce.

Along the way, you'll build expertise at the intersection of people, data and business performance while working alongside experienced Reward professionals, gaining exposure to meaningful work, complex challenges and long‑term career opportunities across Macquarie.

What You Offer
  • Experience in reward, remuneration, human resources, finance, consulting, analytics or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
