Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a high-energy Reverse Vending Centre Attendant to join our Sydney northern suburbs team on a full-time basis. You’ll drive a tool-of-the-trade vehicle to depots, ensure our machines and centres are clean, safe, and well-presented, and deliver outstanding customer service to TOMRA customers.

A valid driver's license and willingness to undergo background checks and medical including a drug screen are essential.

• Experience in face-to-face customer service is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Safety awareness and a proactive approach to workplace hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at recycling centres and machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of centres and equipment, following safety protocols.
• Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.

We are seeking highly energetic superstars to join our team providing cleaning services to our various Reverse Vending Depots and Machines in Sydney's northern suburbs.

This role will see you in a tool of the trade vehicle, travelling to various locations in North Metro Sydney to ensure our machines and depots cleanliness is maintained and kept to a high standard.

This role involves driving so a full license and driver history record is a must. You will also be actively cleaning in various locations so your experience in industrial cleaning will be considered favorably.

Please note that this is a full time role 5 days per week 4 weekdays and Saturday from 10am-6pm.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experience
• Ensure our recycling centres and Reverse Vending Machines are well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customers
• Carryout regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
• Ad-hoc duties as required by management
