Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Moorebank, NSW, is launching a new Reverse Logistics operation. We are hiring a Process Assistant to support the Area Manager, helping to run day-to-day processes, allocate labour, and maintain safety while building a brand-new operation from day one.

This role offers exposure to lean processes, performance metrics, and rapid career growth as the ReLo team scales, with opportunities to progress into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to coach, train and assist team members.
• Experience leading teams in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in distribution centers or logistics environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and work across departments as required.
• Assist with daily management of department duties, including labour allocation, meetings, and task assignment.
• Provide coverage for Area Managers.
• Maintain safe workplace by following SOPs and protecting personnel and operations.
• Measure workflows, monitor onsite performance, and report shift information to front-line management.
• Train associates and supervise them in daily tasks.
• Support projects to improve processes and workforce engagement.
• Track attendance and labour hours.
• Assist the floor as an associate resource and verify SOP compliance.
