Balance Recruitment is seeking a Revenue Operations expert to own data integrity from first touch to closed deal. You will ensure CRM accuracy, chase inputs from sales and marketing, and deliver weekly and monthly leadership dashboards with clear insights.
You will document processes, identify automation opportunities, and indicate where AI could help. You will report directly to the CEO and help reshape how the business runs.
Our client is a well established MSP that has been solving business problems for Australian mid-market organisations since 2002. They are in a growth phase.
They can see what comes in the top of their sales funnel and what closes. What happens in between is murkier than it should be, and that is where you come in.
You will own the integrity of the revenue data from first touch to closed deal. That means the CRM is accurate because you make it accurate, and it means chasing sales and marketing for inputs they have been avoiding.
You will produce the weekly and monthly reporting the leadership team runs on, and present it to them once a month. They want your read on what changed and why, with the numbers behind it.
You will document sales process, spot the manual work worth removing, and specify it clearly enough for the CEO to automate it.
You will not need to build AI agents. You will need to recognise where one would help.
You report directly to the CEO, and you will have the mandate to change how this business runs.
If you need clean data before you can start, this is not for you. Their is not clean, and fixing it is the job.
$95,000 to $115,000 base plus superannuation, depending on experience. Sydney based. You will be in the office full time for your first three months, because this role runs on relationships and those are built in person.
Hybrid after that. Direct access to the CEO and a real say in how they operate.
Balance Recruitment is committed to equal opportunity employment. We celebrate diversity and encourage people from all sections of our community to apply for this role.
