IPAR in Orange NSW is seeking passionate Occupational Therapy professionals to join our team. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to a diverse caseload, helping clients achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others achieve positive outcomes.
• Empathy, resilience, and a client‑centred approach.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants.
• Apply your clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes.
• Partner with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs.
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct a range of clinical and vocational assessments, including: initial, workplace, and functional capacity assessments.
• Identify barriers and design practical solutions to support recovery and return to work.
