Job summary

UniSuper is seeking a capable leader to drive Retirement Servicing during an 8-month parental leave. You will lead the frontline Retirement Servicing team, enhance service quality and ensure strong member outcomes, collaborating with Product, Advice, Operations and Risk.

You will shape capability uplift, manage change, and influence how retirement servicing evolves while remaining close to service delivery for UniSuper members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline or operational service teams in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to drive service improvements while ensuring stability and quality.
