Job summary

CBUS Super is seeking a Retirement Adviser focused on members nearing retirement. You will conduct pre-qualified appointments, prepare advice outcomes and manage related admin. You can offer intra-fund advice or a scaled external advice option and refer when needed.

This full-time role supports both in-person and remote appointments from Brisbane or other locations, backed by a collaborative Advice team including paraplanning, implementation support and compliance specialists.

Qualifications

• FASEA qualification and experience in providing personal retirement advice.
• Strong compliance record and meeting all obligations as a Financial Adviser.
• Experience in intra-fund and comprehensive advice environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare advice outcomes for members and booked appointments.
• Deliver intra-fund advice or scaled external advice and refer when needed.
• Support by providing administrative duties and collaborating with the Advice team.
