Job summary

Viva Energy Retail is seeking a Workforce Optimisation Manager to lead planning, rostering and productivity across the OTR, Reddy Express, Smokemart & GiftBox and QSR brands. The role partners with Operations, Commercial & Performance, Finance and People & Culture, overseeing two direct reports.

You will develop standards, dashboards and analytics to improve labour utilisation, scheduling, and productivity while aligning workforce strategies with business goals across a national retail network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and analytics.
• Strong rostering and scheduling knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with workforce management systems.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning standards across all brands.
• Develop labour planning standards aligned to demand and operations.
• Lead rostering standards and productivity initiatives.
• Provide dashboards, scorecards and reporting on labour investment and performance.
• Collaborate with State Managers and Store Managers to improve rosters.
