Flight Centre in Northwestern Sydney NSW is seeking a Sales Travel Consultant to help customers plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email.

You will build a loyal customer base, meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive structure, plus industry discounts and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to respond quickly to customers' phone calls and emails.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping customers explore options.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan itineraries and book travel for customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and upsell components of trips (flights, hotel, car hire, tours, insurance).
• Build and maintain a customer base from regular domestic bookings to international holidays.
• Be the travel expert, advising on visas, best travel times, packing lists and destination tips.
• Operate within a rotating 7-day on-site roster and strive toward individual KPIs.
