The Reject Shop in Nowra is hiring Team Members to help run the store and create a great experience for customers. This hands-on role covers serving customers, stocking shelves, keeping the store clean and safe, and working across different areas as part of a team.

You’ll learn retail routines and store standards with full training and support. Flexible shifts are available to fit study, sport or other commitments, including afternoons, evenings and weekends. No prior retail experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training and support provided from day one.
• Be part of a supportive team and learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
• This is a hands-on role with physical duties, including lifting up to 16kg.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
