Job summary

The Reject Shop in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations and create a great customer experience. You’ll serve customers, refill shelves, and help keep the store clean and safe.

No previous retail experience is required; training is provided from day one. Flexible shifts, including afternoons and weekends, offer a welcoming entry into retail with a supportive team and opportunities to learn quickly.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
