The Reject Shop Nerang store is hiring Team Members to help run daily operations and create a great shopping experience. You’ll serve customers, refill shelves, keep areas clean, and rotate through different store zones as part of a supportive team.

This hands-on role suits those seeking flexible shifts, with training provided to help you learn store routines and safety standards while contributing to a growing Australian retail business.

Competenze

• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Able to work flexible shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Physically able to lift up to 16 kg as part of duties.

We’re building our next generation of store teams across Australia as we continue to grow and transition to Dollarama Australia. Whether it’s your first job or your first step into retail, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to help you get started.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

Who This Role Suits

This role works well for people who:

• Want flexible shifts around school, study, sport or other commitments
• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends
• Enjoy staying busy and working with a team
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Are reliable and ready to contribute

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• Weekends
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
