Perfect Stranger is looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join the Sunshine Plaza team in Maroochydore. This role supports the Store Manager, drives store performance, and delivers exceptional customer experiences on a Sunday–Thursday roster.

You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure VM standards and stock insights are consistently applied. A clear path to Store Manager and a collaborative culture awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
