Job summary

City Beach is recruiting a Seasonal Retail Team Member for North West Sydney locations during the Christmas season. You’ll help customers find gifts, replenish arrivals, and prepare stores for peak sales while enjoying a fun, supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and willing to learn. This casual/part-time role offers opportunities to gain retail experience and potentially transition to future roles within City Beach.

Qualifications

Customer service experience and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Availability during the Christmas season and peak trading period.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming shopping experience.
Share product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
Keep the store well-presented, stocked, and ready for customers.
Replenish stock and merchandise fashion, footwear, and accessories.
Assist with promotional changes, visual merchandising, and sale set-ups.
Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals during peak trading.
Support stock movement and general store operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment.
