Kingscliff Cellars in Kingscliff, NSW is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. This full-time role requires liquor/bottleshop experience and prior supervisory tenure.
You will supervise staff, manage cash and stock, and uphold high standards of customer service, merchandising, and store presentation in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a general retail position. I'd like you to know that previous liquor/bottleshop experience is essential.
As a Retail Supervisor at Kingscliff Cellars, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Kingscliff, NSW. This full-time position will see you supervising and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
Supervising a team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
Inventory, including stock receiving and display
Handling cash and financial transactions, including end-of-day reconciliations
Ensuring the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
Assisting customers with product selection, processing purchases, and handling returns and exchanges.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in handling cash and financial transactions
Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
