Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead our IGA Supermarket team onsite, delivering exceptional service and ensuring store standards are maintained for a great guest experience.

You will coach staff, manage stock, and uphold presentation while enjoying discounted accommodation, meals, and relocation support as part of a rewarding guest-focused experience.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our IGA Supermarket team supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance, and well-presented stores that deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

Working closely with the Retail Management team, you'll help lead and coach team members, maintain operational standards, support stock management activities, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
