Job summary

Early Settler in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Person to support daily retail operations, assist customers on collections, and help with stock movement from the back of store to the floor.

This role involves manual handling of furniture, safe operation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be reliable, communicative and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Capable of lifting and moving furniture safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Loading weekly trucks and containers with care.
• Assisting customers with order collections for a seamless experience.
• Supporting stock movement for the shop floor.
• Receipting goods into the operating system.
• Assembling furniture with attention to detail.
• Upholding OH&S requirements and maintaining a tidy store/warehouse.
• Collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment.
