Soul Origin is seeking an Assistant Retail Project Manager to oversee new store builds and refurbishments across the QSR network in Australia. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, landlord expectations and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in store development and project management, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to travel interstate to sites and support franchise partners. A collaborative, fast-paced team awaits in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 2+ years demonstrated experience in store development and project management, including food retail projects.
• Advanced knowledge of building practice, estimating, tendering, and administration of contracts.
• Strong budgeting and fiscal management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret store design and construction packs.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety in retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of new Soul Origin stores and refurbishments.
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements, landlord expectations and branding guidelines.
• Manage consultants and contractors for design documentation, submission of plans, development and building approval, tenders and signage.
• Control costs and ensure cost-effective store fit-outs.
• Collaborate with store design consultants to ensure functional store designs.
• Travel interstate to sites to support franchise partners.
