Job summary

Elite Supplements Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to take full ownership of our Rockhampton store. You will drive store performance, manage revenue, gross profit, AOV, wage costs, and build a high‑performing team with a focus on exceptional customer service.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, set floor standards, monitor targets, and maintain presentation and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or team.
• Ability to read a P&L and manage budgets/control costs.
• Willingness to work weekends and hold a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end store performance: revenue, gross profit, AOV, wage cost.
• Lead, coach and develop your team; set floor standards and drive customer service.
• Manage rosters, labour cost, stock integrity and shrinkage; maintain merchandising quality.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support regional store operations as needed.
