You will liaise with stock allocators, manage rosters and reporting, and maintain stock levels to maximise floor space. This role offers real progression within Ghanda’s store network and a fun, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of leading from the front and empowering the team.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to nail retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is valued, but attitude matters more.
