Jacqui E Booragoon is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead and inspire customers and staff in delivering timeless fashion and outstanding service. This is a full-time role with weekend, late-night trading, and public holiday availability.

You will coach your team, manage stock and visuals, roster shifts, and foster a safe, inclusive store environment that supports growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Proven retail management experience with a track record in driving sales and KPIs.
• Experience in managing stock levels and minimising stock loss.
• Experience in managing rosters within budget to ensure productivity.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
