Job summary

The Reject Shop is seeking a store leader to run a busy retail floor in Australia. You will manage a team of 10 to 15 people, hands-on from the floor, handling stock, service and standards with no desk role.

If you love being on the shop floor, this is for you. The role features a unique roster with Sundays off and every second Saturday off, plus bonuses, overtime and a 17.5% leave loading as the business grows.

You:

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
