Job summary

The Reject Shop in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a modern, high‑volume store. You’ll lead a team on the floor, handle stock, service and standards, and report to no desk—just action.

You’ll manage a team of 10–15, with no Sunday hours and a supportive learning path as the business grows. From $31.11 base hourly rate, with penalty rates, overtime, bonus and 17.5% leave loading.

The Roster

No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. Almost unheard of in retail, and it’s exactly what you’ll get here.

The Job

Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

You

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
