Weber Store @ Alfresco Outdoors & Heating in Kotara is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a busy retail team and deliver exceptional 5-Star service in the Australian outdoor lifestyle space. The role requires owning store performance, driving sales, and maintaining premium product presentation.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, proven sales results and a passion for BBQs and outdoor entertaining, with the ability to coach and inspire the team from the front.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' sales and/or customer service experience.
• Previous retail management or leadership experience.
• A proven ability to achieve sales results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• A highly motivated, positive and results-driven attitude.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• The ability to inspire, coach and motivate team members.
• A natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.

About the Role

The Roster

This is a full-time position working across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
