Job summary

Unison is seeking a Store Manager for our Birkenhead Point Outlet Store to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will drive sales performance, coach staff, and partner with leadership to optimise rosters and store operations.

As a key ambassador of the Unison brand, you’ll mentor up to 5 team members, manage stock flow, visual merchandising, and back‑of‑house administration while maintaining exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams
• Ability to drive sales and manage wage targets within budgets
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management

• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
